Khalsa Education Foundation (KEF) is committed to make a difference in the lives of children and young men and women of Punjab one person at a time. KEF offers financial aid, mentorship, motivation, and moral assistance to those who have a strong urge to study and succeed but lack resources. We help in: Medical, IT, Engineering, Trades, Small Business startup and preparation for various competitions.
Our goal is to encourage higher education by providing need-based and merit-based financial aid to highly motivated youngsters who aspire to pursue higher education but are unable to achieve their full potential due to lack of proper guidance and funds.

Become a Mentor
Aspire to direct one’s hopes and ambitions towards achieving something tangible. Become part of a network of mentors and be matched with a young adult or your peers and share your insight, expertise, and professional experience to help them achieve their goals.
What does it take?
It takes dependability, patience, empathy, flexibility and most of all, a commitment to a young person’s success.
Commitment: At least 6 months dependent upon mentee's area of interest or career path.
Communication: Contact with the mentee is expected to occur at least once a month through a mutually agreed-upon method
Consistency: Stay in touch with your mentee and demonstrate your interest through being an active listener.
Withhold any Judgment: It’s best to not impose your own judgments and opinions on the mentees as it isn’t helpful to moralize or preach your mentee.
